Born and raised in a small community in Montana, Margaret is from a family of 13 children who learned at an early age that people must share in order to survive! She completed a Bachelors degree in social work and a Masters degree in Special Education. She has worked in social services for 15 years and in private industry for eight. Her experience includes 7 years directing a state-wide program in Texas and 5 years directing rehabilitation services for Goodwill Industries. She has completed several major projects requiring major organizational change and so Full Access was a perfect opportunity for her!

As a native Oregonian, Francie has worked for local companies doing accounting and bookkeeping services for over 20 years. Full Access is the first non-profit agency that she has worked for and while she has limited direct contact with Full Access clients she enjoys hearing about the changes for the better that are occurring in our clients lives and in the lives of their families. When not hard at work doing payrolls and paying bills for Full Access Francie likes to spend her time with her sports enthusiast husband, her full of energy children and her cherished circle of friends.

Before coming to Full Access Angela worked in Property Management for 8 years both in Oregon and Idaho. She moved back to Oregon to be closer to home. She is the mother of 2 wonderful children. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, cooking (which entertains her daughter) and spending time with her grandmother. Angela has also declared that she will retire from Full Access.

Stephanie started working in the Eugene office shortly after she graduated from the University of Oregon, where she became an avid Duck fan, with a degree in Spanish. When not at Full Access, Stephanie enjoys watching Duck sports, especially football, spending time with her partner Chris, her family & friends.

Raised in Hollywood, California, Cathy and her husband moved to Oregon in 1998. She graduated from Cal State Northridge with a degree in Environmental Biology and thoroughly enjoys being out in nature. She has always felt a strong connection with animals, and her goal is to rescue as many animals as she possibly can! Cathy loves her job and enjoys interacting with clients and her coworkers. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, gardening, bird watching and just spending quality time with her husband and their “furry” family.

Dawn has worked with people who have developmental disabilities for about 15 years. She entered the social services field while living in Everett, Washington, initially supporting individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome in a residential setting. After that she was an Employment Specialist and provided core services at the local Workforce Center where she helped people generate cover letters, resumes, and facilitated skill-building workshops as well. She moved back to Eugene, her home town, in 2004 and has been with Full Access since early 2005. She loves helping her clients connect with the resources they need so they can realize their personal dreams and goals. In her free time Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, friends, her large family who live through-out the Eugene/Springfield area, camping, biking, engaging in creative writing and dappling in artistic creation, from sketch to watercolor.

"The aspect of the Brokerage that I find most rewarding is my ability as a Personal Assistant to advocate, not only for the needs of our clients, but their personal dreams and goals, as well." Born and raised in Southern California Kathy graduated from Fresno. She taught elementary school in California and through the DOD on a military base in Japan and Okinawa. Both her children were born overseas. She moved to Eugene in 1971 with her husband and two young children. Kathy started working at Full Access in February, 2004. Prior to Full Access she worked for nearly 15 years at Goodwill Industries. She has over 25 years of experience in Education and Human Services. She enjoys the challenges and rewards of her job as a Personal Agent. The part of the job that appeals the most to Kathy is being able to really get to know the individuals and families she is working with and being able to assist them in achieving their goals. She loves visiting her family in So. California and especially spoiling her two young grandsons, Tucker and Hudson. She also enjoys making cookies to share with coworkers and finishing flannel baby receiving blankets to give away or sell. In the past 12 years she has made over 3000!

By way of Utah and Colorado, Heather moved to the Oregon Coast in 1987. She moved to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon where she received her degree in psychology. Heather has worked in social services since she graduated from high school. She has been with Full Access since it's inception in 2002 and has enjoyed the opportunity to be involved in multiple projects within Full Access and the Brokerage system. Away from work, Heather is an avid fisherwoman and likes being outdoors whether it's camping or just working in her yard. Heather is a rock hound and she does lapidary and jewelry work as a hobby. She also loves being a mom, wife, and daughter to her family at home.

A farm girl from southern Indiana, Mary’s first experience in human services was as a supervisor for a sheltered workshop there. She moved to Eugene, OR in 1979. Since that time she has served persons with developmental disabilities in educational, residential, and vocational settings. She graduated with an English degree in 1991 from Oregon State University, and then worked in marketing and sales, primarily serving the public safety industry. Returning to human services, she did a stint with AmeriCorps at a local Department of Human Services office serving youth and another year with Lane County on an emergency preparedness project for agencies serving vulnerable populations. That put her in touch with Full Access, and the rest, as they say, is history. She reports, “It feels like home.” Mary enjoys spending time with her husband, adult children, grandchildren and two pugs. She walks, gardens, reads often, and connects with family and friends on Facebook.

Andrea is originally from the Fort Peck Reservation in eastern Montana and has made her home base in Eugene since 1976. She recently returned to Eugene from living in Stuttgart, Germany and then St.Paul/Minneapolis and joined the Full Access team in September, 2009. She is the parent of an 18-year old son with a diagnosis of autism who is making his transition into adulthood. Andrea earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Special Education at the University of Oregon and has served individuals with disabilities and their families in a variety of capacities for the past 15 years. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve adults with disabilities under the Full Access scope of services.

Laura settled in Oregon after traveling around with her dog over all over the country. Laura has 11 years of experience working in the Eugene area in the social service field. She worked for Oregon Supported Living Program for 3 years managing group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. She began her career at Full Access with the inception of the Brokerage in 2002. Laura left Full Access in 2006 and began working as a support specialist for young adults through Lane County Developmental Disabilities Program. She then transitioned to Development Specialist and continued to work for the County until 2008 when she became pregnant with her first child. She left the County and came back to the fold at Full Access which is a supportive wonderful environment for her as a new mother! Laura serves the Cottage Grove area and the Eugene/Springfield areas. When Laura is not working she enjoys spending time with her daughter Reina Ivy, her husband, and animals. Laura enjoys hiking, playing on the coast, and just watching her daughter grow.

Mai-Van started working in the Bend office July 2003. She was born in Viet Nam and came to America when she was 5 years old. Full Access is the first non-profit agency she has worked for and she greatly enjoys working directly with Full Access clients. Every two months she organizes an arts and crafts class for them. When not at Full Access she volunteers in her son's classroom and Campfire Group. She enjoys anything to do with arts and crafts and loves spending time with her family and friends.

Lisa started working at Full Access on June 16, 2009 as a Clerical Assistant. She grew up in Portland, graduated from Lake Oswego High School and attended Western Business College in downtown Portland. In 2004, Lisa ventured out of the Portland area to start fresh and new in Bend, where she continues to live. Lisa loves living in Bend; she loves the weather-- how it’s stormy one minute and then sunny the next-- that’s Bend for you! Lisa has two cats, Collin and Colby, that keep her company at home. She is very close to her family and spends a lot of time with them. Her mom, 2 of her brothers, her aunt, nieces, nephews and two great nephews also live in Bend. In her spare time Lisa enjoys baking, watching reality TV and playing cards. She also likes to travel to the beach as much as possible. Lisa enjoys being a part of the Full Access team.

Neta was born in a small community in Israel. She served in the Israeli Air-Force as a Youth Worker and graduated from University with a BA in Behavioral Sciences. At the age of 26 she moved with her husband to England, where she worked as a care giver and case worker in a Community Group Home. Following that, she qualified as a teacher and taught in both Elementary and High school. After moving to the North East of England, Neta pursued a career as a Family Support Worker. In May 2008, Neta, her husband and two young children made the biggest move yet - to Bend, Oregon. They all felt so welcomed, and loved Central Oregon and the outdoor lifestyle so much, that they decided to stay. Neta joined Full Access in April 2009. When she’s not working, Neta loves to spend time with her family, exploring everything that Oregon has to offer.

Kim is originally from a small town in Vermont and went to college at the University of Montana. Kim has been living in Bend since 2001 and has been working for Full Access since 2003. During those years she has valued building trusting relationships with her clients and supporting them in accomplishing their goals. One of the most significant things she has seen occur over the years is the community grow to be more inclusive, therefore Full Access is able to offer a much broader array of supports and the clients are able to choose what works best for them. Mia was born in a small town in Eastern Oregon. She studied Anthropology/Sociology at Eastern Oregon University. After graduating from College she accepted a position with the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs working as a Child Protective Services Specialist. After working there for more than a year Mia was inspired to make yet another transition in her life. She met a young lady with Developmental Disabilities that is a consumer of Full Access. After learning what services Full Access provided for their consumers Mia applied to be a Personal Agent. Mia likes the concept of self-directed support because she greatly believes in people making their own choices and facilitating the process for them to find their own truth and direction in life.

Amanda was born in Arizona, where she lived until moving to Bend in 2008. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Lydia joined the Full Access-East staff in March, 2004. She was a program manager for the Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon for several years. She also spent many years as a teacher at an alternative high school. Fun for Lydia is spending time with her family and being in the great outdoors!
