Dawn has worked with people who have developmental disabilities for about 15 years. She entered the social services field while living in Everett, Washington, initially supporting individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome in a residential setting. After that she was an Employment Specialist and provided core services at the local Workforce Center where she helped people generate cover letters, resumes, and facilitated skill-building workshops as well. She moved back to Eugene, her home town, in 2004 and has been with Full Access since early 2005. She loves helping her clients connect with the resources they need so they can realize their personal dreams and goals. In her free time Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, friends, her large family who live through-out the Eugene/Springfield area, camping, biking, engaging in creative writing and dabbling in artistic creation, from sketch to watercolor.
