Full Access was founded in 2002 in Oregon as a part of a statewide mandate to establish brokerages to ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive access to the services for which they qualify. We excel in our knowledge about local disability issues and are committed to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to control their own lives. We support clients and their families in navigating the complicated social service world in order to access housing, work, volunteer experiences, friendships, educational and self-development opportunities and recreational experiences. The Position

The Operations Manager will oversee the general administrative functions and office duties, manage paperwork for the brokerage, maintain complex databases, coordinate personnel activities, provide and train staff on a quality customer service plan and produce correspondence. Coordinates special projects as requested by the Executive Director, including but not limited to short term projects, special events, staff retreats, job search and training programs. Ensures external communications reflect organizational values.

The Operations Manager will meet these criteria:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Have 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Ability to pass a full criminal history background check.
  • Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with, and maintain strict confidentiality requirements.
  • Present a calm and consistent demeanor with critical thinking skills.
  • Be approachable and a good listener.
  • Be articulate and have strong communication skills both written and verbal

Status:  Full time exempt
Salary:  $45,000 — $50,000, plus excellent benefits

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social services, or closely related filed, and one year experience OR
  • Associate's degree in behavioral social science or a closely related filed and two years of human services related experience, OR
  • three years of human services related experience
